The Earth moves in and out of darkness and light which we honor at times of solstice. These Bodysoul retreats allow a time for your own body/earth to move inward into deep retreat and renewal, allowing rest and regeneration while cultivating the potential that will emerge from your own embodied earth as the light returns.

We will invoke the Divine Feminine through movement/ dance, voice, art, ceremony, and dream-work to deepen your connection to your inner wisdom, potentiality, and the Conscious Feminine.

In this group format we will explore image as the connector between body and soul through dream-work. We will explore these images through movement, sound, and simple art to consciously embody and express the energy of your dream symbols. Participants will work individually and together, honoring the uniqueness of each person while being supported in a community of soul-tending.

Discussion of Carl Jung’s understanding of the psyche and Marion Woodman’s teachings on the psyche/soma connection will support the integration of the experiential process.

Cost: $80 per session
CEUs: Mft, Lcsw and Rn (additional $10 fee per session)

Andrea is an Adjunct Faculty member at John F. Kennedy University in Campbell CA.

Andrea has also studied Continuum Movement with Beth Pettengill Riley, beginning in 1987 and is a student of Vipassana (Insight) Meditation.
